Sherwin-Williams STIR
Student Design Contest
Deadline: April 15, 2011

SET YOUR DESIGNS ON SUCCESS

Want to flex your creative muscles, gain recognition for your design work and possibly win a $2,500 cash prize while you're at it? You’ve come to the right place. Welcome to the Sherwin-Williams STIR Student Design Contest — celebrating excellence in residential and commercial design by design students across North America.

The contest has two categories: residential design and commercial design. The winner from each category will receive a $2,500 cash prize. Second-place winners in each category will win a $1,000 cash prize, and third-place winners will win a $500 cash prize. The two first-place winners will also have their work featured in the 2011 edition of STIR magazine. All winners will be featured on the Sherwin-Williams for Designers & Architects Facebook page!

Your project must use a defined palette of up to seven Sherwin-Williams colors of your choice. The deadline for entries is April 15, 2011. Winners will be notified individually, and their names will be posted on this web page as well. Winners will be announced in May.

Residential category: You can submit designs for a single room or a complete residence.

Commercial category: You can submit designs for a single room or a complete interior. Designs can feature a retail space, health care facility, hotel, or any other nonprofit or for-business interior space.
